A rainy day in Yeovil and lunch on a double decker bus improves things, no end. A warm welcome, a slick and span interior and a homely menu. We both plumped for the shepherds pie. There was a generous helping with either peas or beans, and it came with extra gravy! I was delighted. It was a struggle to finish it but determination won through. The bill was very reasonable and the service friendly.

The couple that run the cafe are ace and made sure we where topped up with drinks. The full English breakfasts we had were perfect and delicious tbh they didn't touch the sides If I lived closer I would be a fixture there everyday as the overall atmosphere was great. Not to mention the novelty of having brekkie out of a number 8 bus Top Mark's Thank you for making us both feel welcome Emma & Andy + Dave the Landrover x

My very first visit but it most certainly won't be my last!! What a charming place indeed, the ambience made it so easy to chill & relax. The two friends I went with had both been before, it was nice to chat with other customers who were equally friendly. It was most intresting to talk to the proprietor and learn that the double decker bus had started life as a true London red double decker!! What a fitting retirement for it still to be welcoming aboard paying customers of a diffrent kind. On this acation I only had a drink, but after looking at the most well stocked menu I will sure be eating on my next visit. Also the Bus stop which is a built room for customers to sit and enjoy eating in a equily delightful setting!!
